Our Lord Jesus Christ was the most rejected
man on earth. In Acts
4:8-12
St. Peter describes him as the rejected cornerstone: "...by the name of Jesus Christ of
Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, by him this man is
standing before you well. This is the stone which was rejected by you builders,
but which has become the cornerstone. And there is salvation in no one else,
for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be
saved.”Human rejection does not affect divine acceptance. Instead the more we
are rejected by our fellow human beings the more we are accepted and even
promoted by the Most High God. Child of God, no matter the level of hatred,
rejection and even persecutions that may come your way, remember the Lord God
will never forsake you (Isaiah 49:15). The more they attack you the more He
will defend you and the more they try to pull you down the more He will uplift
you. Your rejection will surely lead to your glorification and it shall be well
with you in Jesus name - Amen!
